About
Julie L. Peschel is a partner at Soares & Albertini Chambers who recognizes that navigating a personal injury claim is an emotional rollercoaster. That is why for more than a decade, she has dedicated herself to her clients and to Soares & Albertini Chambers. When the people of Temple need a knowledgeable and qualified personal injury lawyer, they turn to Julie Peschel.
Julie followed in the footsteps of her cousin and older brother when she decided to obtain her Juris Doctor. She knew that she wanted to get an education past her undergraduate degree in psychology that would allow her to help others. Julie has excelled in her career and her education because she doesn’t view practicing law as a job. Instead, she recognizes that the primary function of her role is providing her community with a necessary service. Julie has compassionately helped clients through injuries from car wrecks, 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle crashes, dog bites, dram shop, premises liability cases and daycare injury. She has also helped families through wrongful death cases.
Clients who turn to Julie during their time of need can rest assured that they will get an attorney who cares about the details. She recognizes that each case is different and requires a unique approach. Clients appreciate Julie’s tireless work ethic and knowledge. She strives to get clients the best possible resolution.
Her most notable case to date was out of the 146th Judicial District Court of Bell County. A rear-end collision caused her client to sustain a traumatic brain injury, as well as a neck and back injury that required surgery. Because of the expertise of Julie and another Soares & Albertini Chambers attorney, the jury awarded nearly $1 million to assist our client with medical bills and other expenses stemming from the collision. Since this case, Julie has settled several million dollar cases on behalf of her clients.
Julie graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 2006; she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2003. Julie is a member of some of the best professional associations including the Bell County Bar Association, Bell County Young Lawyers, and serves as the Sustainer of the Junior League of Bell County.
When she isn’t serving the community through law, she’s serving the community in other ways. She is passionate about learning about issues surrounding special needs education and special needs advocacy. As the mother of special needs child, she feels strongly that children and adults of all abilities are entitled to a life of choice, independence and equality.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
